booking
Adult and private lessons are booked as one off lessons as and when required, or by booking a course of 8 classes. If you are unsure about committing to an 8 week course, most often a one off lesson will help in assessing your needs. These can then be discussed with your instructor and arrangements made to accommodate your requirements.
what if I am late for my appointment?
Arriving late will simply reduce the time for your lesson and it's effectiveness. Your lesson will end on time so that our next client is not delayed.
cancellation policy
Clients who fail to cancel 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time will be charged the full amount.
practice
Practice, apart from your scheduled lesson time always aids the learning process. However, if you are not a regular swimmer, we advise practice sessions only after consultation with your instructor.
