payment
Fees are payable monthly in advance by Direct Debit.
deposit
A standard one month deposit is required on registration. This is mandatory and will be refunded on termination of lessons.
cancellation
Four weeks written notice is required for the cancellation of lessons. Should the 4 weeks notice not be given, full fees for the required notice period will be required in lieu thereof.
lesson times
Punctuality is essential – latecomers disrupt lessons.
missed lessons
Any lessons missed cannot be made up.
refunds
Other than the standard deposit, refunds are not available.
illness
A doctors note must be provided for a serious illness or operation eg. Chickenpox or broken bones. Only on submission of this note, can allowances in the form of a make-up lesson be considered.
annual breaks
Easter, August and December are standard club breaks. Members are not charged for these periods, please take note of the specific dates upon registration. These are also posted on our website and on the notice board at each facility.
half term
For the sake of continuity, we do not follow the school calendar; therefore we do not break when the schools do. For swim club dates see the notice board at your club.
holidays
For holidays longer than two weeks please inform the administration department of your club in writing in advance, for assurance that your allocated class position is reserved.
change of members details
Parents are responsible for the notification of any changes to their address, contact details, pupil’s health or condition and also if there is a change of care-giver. These changes and any other relevant changes should be made in writing and conveyed to the administration department. The security and care of our pupils is of paramount importance to us. All data is protected by the Data Protection Act of 1998.
increase of fees
LSST Ltd reserves the right to increase membership fees. Two calendar months prior notification will be given.

News, general and specific notices are displayed throughout the teaching facilities. Please take note of these for the health, safety and general comfort of everyone.
right of admission
Laura Sevenus Swimming Tuition is a private club. Right of admission is reserved.
