payment procedures


LSST Ltd, registered at No 11 Wilson Walk, off Prebend Gardens, Stamford Brook, London, W4 1TP, provides swimming tuition and practice services for parents and children (Club Members) for a fee payable in advance to cover such tuition, services and facilities for the specific club.

club membership

The basis of the membership is a monthly subscription in the form of Direct Debit payments, calculated on the number of lessons per month over an 11 month period, from September to July. Direct Debits are deducted on the 5th day of each calendar month, or the first banking day thereafter.

Each club member will be provided with a registration form detailing the deposit and direct debit amounts payable for each pupil or family.

commencement of tuition

Membership can only commence when the deposit plus the confirmed monthly subscription with completed registration form have been received. Any lessons received prior to the initial direct debit payment must be settled simultaneously.

cancellation of club membership

Club membership is ongoing with 4 weeks notice being required for cancellation. This must be done in writing and directed to the administration department of your chosen club. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.

when we cancel a lesson

On occasion due to unforeseen circumstances LSST Ltd may have to cancel lessons. On such an occasion, as much notice as possible will be given and a refund or make class will be arranged.

annual breaks

No swimming fees are charged during club closure periods traditionally Easter, summer holidays and the Christmas period. Your account is debited for 11 months of the year (September – July) with no collection of fees during the month of August. We provide 44 teaching weeks per year apart from two Bank Holidays during the month of May. Fees are adjusted accordingly to reflect these Bank Holidays.

increase of fees

LSST Ltd reserves the right to increase membership fees. Two calendar months prior notification will be given.

change of membership details

Parents are responsible for the notification of any changes to their address, contact details, pupil's health or condition and also if there is a change of care-giver. These changes and any other relevant changes should be made in writing and conveyed to the administration department. The security and care of our pupils is of paramount importance to us.

News, general and specific notices are displayed throughout the teaching facilities. Please take note of these for the health, safety and general comfort of everyone.
