Q1. Why does my child need an assessment - he's a beginner/he can swim?

A. The assessment is a prerequisite to assess the personality and level of comfort of the child in the water. All aspects are taken into account when selecting a suitable class.

Q2. How much and how long is the assessment?

A. 15 Minutes and it is free of charge.

Q3. Why is there a minimum joining period of 3 months?

A. We have a specific curriculum that we work towards. Over a 3 month period we are able to address various areas that need to be covered in order to provide a comfortable background in the learn to swim process.

Q4. Why do we have to give one month's written notice?

A. A month’s written notice is necessary for us to process the relevant paperwork and also allows us to issue enough notice for a placement to those on the waiting list.

Q5. I don't want to pay by Direct Debit, can we still have lessons?

A. Certain lessons such as adult and private lessons are exempt from the Direct Debit system. All other lesson must be paid via direct debit.
