easter break
We close for the Easter holidays on the evening of the 18th April and open again on Tuesday morning the 26th April. We are therefore closed for 6 teaching days. Please note that you are not charged for any lessons missed during this time.
may bank holidays
These fall on the 2nd and 30th of May – there will be no swimming on these days. All Monday pupils please be aware that you will only have 2 swimming lessons during the month of May. Swimming fees for those missed Monday lessons will be adjusted accordingly.
summer break
Our last day of teaching before the summer break will be Monday the 25th July and we resume lessons on 30th August. We then run all the way through with no breaks until Christmas. For August summer swimming lessons; please see details below.
christmas break
We close the evening of the 19th December for the Christmas holidays and start lessons again on the morning of the 3rd January 2012 with watching week.
august lessons
Holiday lessons will be held once again this year during the last week of July and for two weeks in August – only at our Chiswick club. These work on a ‘Pay as you go’ basis. For further information or to book, please speak to Maria, Christele or Leanne at reception and they will be happy to help you. Additional notices will be posted on the website and on the club notice board closer to the time
having a break…
Parents, please be aware that after a break (long or short) it can be tricky for some pupils to get back into routine. We prefer not to break at all as this can hinder progress. These breaks are however necessary and we’ll our best to get everyone back on track as smoothly as possible.
payment structure throughout the year
No swimming fees are charged during club closure periods. Your account is debited for 11 months of the year (September – July) with no collection of fees during the month of August. We provide 44 teaching weeks per year apart from two (Monday) Bank Holidays during the month of May. Fees are adjusted accordingly to reflect these Bank Holidays.
