classes offered
Classes for baby swimming is offered in two formats;
Courses - these run 8 weeks after which rebooking is required. These courses are only available for babies up to the age of 24 months.
Ongoing swimming classes - where lessons are ongoing until your baby progresses to toddler level. At this point a suitable class is selected to accommodate and further their progression.
booking
Booking is subject to availability and can be made over the phone or requests can be made via our website. When booking classes we try our best to consider babies routines such as sleep and eating patterns however due to availability, these do not always fit with the current schedule. In this instance we then offer the next most suitable class and keep you updated of any changes in the schedule.
scheduling
Please note that it is very unlikely that your current course time will stay the same when booking a follow on course. Due to ever changing schedules, follow on courses will result in a time change. Ongoing lessons are open ended therefore any requests to change times will be considered and made as soon as the schedule allows.
rebooking
Rebooking is the sole responsibility of the parent. Booking for a follow on course may be done at the same time as the first course, however payment for both courses must be received to secure the classes. Availability is limited so we recommend that you book earlier rather than later to avoid disappointment. Rebooking for ongoing lessons is not required.
payment
Payment must be made to secure your booking. Payments not received by the requested date together with the necessary paperwork, will result in your booking being automatically lost.
cancellation
Once a booking is made we do our best to accommodate any changes you may request. Scheduling however does not always allow for this therefore resulting in a cancellation upon which a full refund is issued.
Please note that cancellations one week or less, prior to your course starting will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the course fee. Ongoing lesson cancellations are subject to a 4 week notice period.
